We offer 14-day easy returns, 30-day quality issue support, and a 1-year warranty for eligible tattoo machines.
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 30 days and we will help review the issue.
For eligible tattoo machines, we also provide 1-year warranty support for functional issues under normal use.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

We will review the situation and may contact the carrier to investigate. Depending on the case, we may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, discount, or another reasonable solution.
Not sure which tattoo product to choose?
If you are a beginner, a wireless tattoo pen or starter kit is usually easier to practice with. For practice work, you may also need cartridge needles, practice skin, stencil paper, transfer supplies, and practice ink. If you are unsure which product fits your needs, contact us and we will help you compare options.

This machine is incredibly easy to use. Once you connect via Bluetooth, you can upload your own designs. If you don’t have any designs of your own, there are plenty of built-in patterns to choose from to spark your creativity. The finish is also excellent. I’ve been using it for a long time now, and the battery life is great—it’s definitely worth the money.
